Green Banana Cream
- In the pan, add olive oil, add crushed then cut again garlic, add paprika, onions
- Cook until everything is soft at low heat
- Add salt and 4 cups of water
- Cut the banana into very thin slices
- With the small potato, peel the potato and cut into very small pieces
- Once boiled, add banana and the potato
- Everything should dissolve, turn down the heat
- With a potato masher, mash the pan
- Add a trickle of milk
- Add picked parsley

○ 1 Garlic Clove
○ 1 Welsh Onion
○ Paprika
○ Salt
○ Peeled Potato
○ Sometimes Chopped Parsley
○ 4 Cups of Water
